What to include
- your device platform, such as iPhone or Android;
- the BackDoor Map app version and build number;
- the address or building involved;
- the approximate time the issue occurred; and
- a clear description of what happened and what you expected.
Do not email passwords, door or access codes, alarm details, private entry instructions, or other sensitive building information. BackDoor Map does not have user passwords or accounts.
